Major Alterations and Additions:   Recently converted to a two-apartment condominium; moved 50 feet to northeast corner of lot Some original elements, including the cupola, have been removed.

An 1850s residence with Italianate detailing and hipped roof. In the 1930s the house was used as a clubhouse of a city-owned golf course. Later it was a Moose Lodge.

Modernized in 1898 by McCollin and Fast.
